How it works

Six teams that depend on each other.

Social Media finds the people. Partnership and Outreach contact them. Chapters and Volunteer Management keep everything running after the introduction. No team works alone, and no team is a title with nothing attached to it.

Every team updates its Head weekly, and the Heads update Keiko. That is the whole reporting line: short, weekly, and honest about what moved and what did not.

Requirements for all leadership

  • Update Keiko on everything you do.
  • Complete your tasks.
  • Put in a minimum of 7–8 hours a week.
  • If you fall behind, tell your Head early. Do not go quiet.

The six teams

Pick the job you would actually do.

Open spots are shown on each team. If you are unsure where you fit, apply and say so — we will place you where your strengths are useful.

  • Spread awareness about every CGF program: Summit, S&D, Media, partner organizations, and Chapters.
  • Tag @commonground_org and add it as a collaborator on every post.
  • Keep a running list of organizations you find, with their account, what they do, and why they fit CGF.

Partnership Team

Turn a conversation into an agreement that actually gets implemented.

  • Find partner organizations and work with Socials and Outreach to contact them and set up meetings.
  • Manage all partnership tasks: communication, agreements, and collaborations.
  • Make sure agreed conditions actually get implemented, and report back to the Heads.
  • Keep one record of every partner: who the contact is, what was agreed, and what is still pending.
  • Follow up on any partner that goes quiet.
